Guarantees and Warranties
ATD Services, LLC is committed to customer satisfaction and takes great pride in the work we provide. We honor all manufacturer's warranties and guarantee our workmanship and labor from defects for one year. Once quoted a price, we will not deviate or add on charges unless absolutely necessary and then only after discussion with the client. We are known to tweak systems and troubleshoot anomalies at our own expense, to provide the client with the finest finished product possible. Should any equipment need to be exchanged or returned, ATD Services, LLC will handle it with little or no cost to the client unless communicated and agreed upon. The total satisfaction of the customer with our installation, service, and product is paramount to ATD Services, LLC.
