ATD Services, LLC is committed to offering our clientele a higher quality installation and service than what is considered the “norm” in our industry today. We take great pride in the work we perform and the end product we achieve. An installation may take us a bit longer than another company, but the finished product proves it is well worth the time and effort. For this reason we may charge more for our installations but the client will agree it is worth it in the end. It may also be that we take a trifle longer than even we planned to get an installation just right, but we never charge more then agreed upon. It is just the cost of doing business and completing a job that we are proud to put our name on. There are never any hidden charges. We identify and resolve problems; we are in fact problem solvers. Sometimes, the case may arise when a client must make a change to a project we have already started. Should that be necessary, then we would need to discuss whether or not additional charges are warranted. At ATD Services, LLC, we make every effort to be as easy to get along with as possible.
It is the goal of ATD Services, LLC to maintain a high level of professionalism. We strive to continually grow as professionals by keeping abreast of the ever changing fields of security and life safety. We participate in continuing educational programs as well as adopt new techniques and procedures to better serve our clientele. Because the client is the whole reason we are in business. About ATD Services, LLC
 We are located in the piedmont of North Carolina, with easy access to the entire state. We hold both a Burglar Alarm License and Locksmith License in the State of North Carolina. At least one of the owners is a member of The National Locksmith Association, NFPA, and ASIS. ATD Services, LLC has the great privilege of being one of the very few resellers of Pacom Systems intrusion detection, access control, and video integration. A company which had its start in the banking industry and has recently been able to offer its line of products to other users of security products. The NC Burglar Alarm license allows us to inspect, quote, design, install, and service electronic access control systems as well as video surveillance systems. Although this license allows us to install and service the locking devices necessary in an access control system, we hold a NC Locksmith license to demonstrate our competence in the design, installation, and service of both mechanical and electronic locking devices. All too often we come across installations by other companies who are allowed by the state to install such equipment but who really have no idea what the exact function of the equipment is supposed to be. When this happens, it is the customer and their employees who suffer either by inadequate or malfunctioning equipment.
Biographical Information
ATD Services, LLC was formed in September of 2003 by Harvey Rinehart and David E. Snyder, two extraordinary technicians who were tired of seeing customers who were not delivered what they had been promised. Harvey brings with him, and offers, the experience and knowledge of an electronics degree as well as troubleshooting equipment for twelve years in the hosiery industry and seven years experience installing and troubleshooting access control and video systems and equipment. Harvey also is an A+ certified technician who spent two years installing and servicing desktop and laptop computer systems. David offers the experience of fourteen years as a locksmith with nine of those years designing, installing, and servicing access control and video systems and equipment.
ATD Services, LLC was formed with the belief that their clients always deserve to receive what they require in an electronic security system, installed with the highest standard of quality in both equipment and labor. That systems should be designed to the specifications of their clients with the best blend of security, safety, and convenience within the client’s budget. That the client should be made aware not only of a systems features and benefits but also of its limitations and how it can be improved on or added to in the future. That the client also deserves and will receive prompt attention and service whenever necessary.
Most recently, ATD Services, LLC has had the great fortune of having another extraordinary technician and installer join the team. Stephen Anderson brings his experience of twelve years of video installation and service in both satellite and CCTV to the clients of ATD Services, LLC. Stephen is another professional who is able to deliver quality installations and service and shares the core values of ATD Services, LLC with the other team members.
